Support experienced crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects while building hands-on field experience in a team environment.
Possesses a TX Journeyman License. Installs, maintains and troubleshoots electrical systems on active job sites and client locations while focusing on safety, quality and productivity.
Possesses a TX Journeyman License. Installs, maintains and troubleshoots electrical systems on active job sites and client locations while focusing on safety, quality and productivity while leading crews of 4 to 6 other Journeymen and Apprentices.
Lead multiple crews, coordinate field execution, reinforce safety, quality and productivity expectations to keep projects moving efficiently.
Support installation and service work in specialty systems such as fire alarm, building automation, or related low-voltage environments.
Help coordinate documentation, schedules, communication, and administrative support for field and operations teams.
